Children’s Classes

 

Training for children 6 years to 12 years approx

We have classes for children from 6 years to about 12 years by which time they are ready to join our adults.

Our classes are brilliant for promoting fitness, flexibility, strength and coordination, not to mention confidence, team building skills, focus and self-discipline.

We hold regular gradings so you will see your child progress and they will feel a sense of achievement in what they have accomplished.
