We have classes 5 days a week, all at Crescent Martial Arts Centre, 3 Creslands, Oldmixon Crescent, Weston super Mare. BS24 9AX.
The first class is completely free – come and give our class a go!
Bring comfortable clothing to wear. You don’t need special footwear as we train barefoot. Bring water as training can be thirsty work!!
